OBJECTIVES

• Formulate, develop, review and monitor systems and procedures in the Public Financial Management including Management of Public Assets, improve governance and servicing the Committee on Public Accounts on excess, non compliance and performance and follow-up action on COPA directives.
• Formulate, develop, review and monitor procurement policies and guidelines to ensure effective and efficient utilization of public financial resources and transparency.
• Review and monitor the existing departmental charges and explore the possibility to generate revenue in cost effective manner.
