Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure adopting two envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible bidders.
A site inspection will be held on 27th Feb, 2019 at Katugastota followed by a pre-Bid meeting.
Pre bid meeting for above tender will be held 27th Feb, 2019at 1000 hrs.
