Q3: How to enter Department/ Institute information to the system?

After installing the system successfully, user can enter the department/institute information

  • Double click on NEWCIGAS icon then Institute form will be loaded.

  • Details of the institute details can be entered to the system.

  • User can define the month to start the system. (e.g: User needs to do the system from April, he can select the month as ’4’ )
