Q1: How to install the New Cigas Programme?

      ◦    Right Click on at the taskbar and select “Pause Protection”

      ◦    Then enter the required time to stop the anti-virus temporally

  • 1. First, user needs to temporally stop the Kaspersky anti-virus

  • 2. Select the setup file from the CD or users can download the files from the website

  • 3. Run the setup file

  • 4. At the very first installation the system path is “C:\Program Files\State_Accounts\CIGAS” (user can define his own path for the system), but if he installs the system in several times, he needs to change the CIGAS in to CIGAS1 or any other name

  • 5. Finally, the user gets  (NEWCIGAS icon) at the desktop if he successfully installed it.
