Q3: How to enter Department/ Institute information to the system?

After installing the system successfully, user can enter the department/institute information.

1. Double click on NEWCIGAS icon then Institute form will be loaded.

2. Details of the institute details can be entered to the system.

3. User can define the month to start the system. (e.g: User needs to do the system from April, he can select the month as ’4’ )
