Q4: How to define administrator/user login information?

1. User needs to check the system date and time of the computer prior to creating administrator, user loggings.

2. After inserting the institute information, double-click on the NEWCIGAS icon.

3. User logging form will be loaded to enter administrator logging information.

4. The administrator name and the password are valid for three months and the administrator needs to change the administrator name, password at the end of the three months the administrator can create users to the system.
